    You can contact us via email denise@vivalavida.co.nz or call us on 0210659599 , let us know about your event and then we’ll design a custom proposal based on your unique preferences.

  • Can you provide staff for my event?

    We have an amazing Viva la Vida staff that are passionate about delivering good service. They are familiar and comfortable with every type of event service from small to big event and everything in between.

  • Do you only do Latin events?

    No, we do all kind of events, we specialise in adding a unique spiciness to every single event we organise and we always deliver based on your requests.

  • What kind of events do you deliver?

    We deliver community events, special occasions, parties, promotions and our new venture now is taking people to adventures. We also help organisations find their sustainability by applying for sponsors or grants.

  • Can you assist with theming and furniture set up and breakdown?

    Absolutely! We just need to be aware of the expectations prior to your event to ensure we are staffed appropriately to handle the set up within the allotted time block. We can also assist with security, alcohol licenses and decorations.

  • Are your adventure sections limited to motorbike trips?

    No, we offer amazing trips where you can only experience with professional and trained people that will take you in a motorbike or 4 x4 truck. This allow us to offer you a photographic safari which the trips. We are also in the making of “the Tango way” and “the real Spanish live language course” which will be ready really soon for you to really experience Tango, and/or Spanish language in the real world.
